Fractalization

Made to visualize emotional patterns, discovering that depressive episodes followed cyclical rhythms: “ephemeral highs clouded my perception of how low the lows truly felt and how long they actually lasted.” The color progression — grey for disconnection, pink for grounding and brightness, then a return to somber blue — documents an emotional journey with “a fractal quality as they replicate patterns that are self-similar at different timescales.”
